Avoid for

Scanned IDs, unconsented faces, protected locations, beneficiary lists, or publishing an AI-generated image as documentary evidence.

Data lane

Cloud. AI improvement rules vary by plan and privacy setting. Sharing links, team folders, comments, and exports are separate exposure paths even when model training is restricted.

Ten-minute safe trial

Choose a blank social-post format. Use a public-domain or organisation-owned image, an invented event, and no real contacts. Create one Arabic version and inspect alignment, line breaks, and reading order.

Human check

Confirm consent and image rights, dates, phone numbers, logos, spelling, colour contrast, and right-to-left layout. Export once and inspect the actual file on a phone.

Safer or constraint-based alternatives

Use an organisation-approved template with locked logo, colours, and margins. For sensitive diagrams, create a text-only draft locally and add only approved public information to Canva.
